She's a really good actor and her theatrical training shows. I like to watch her from the viewpoint of an actor, recognizing her choices and her actions. It's amazing how good she is.

I saw her on stage in The Maids in London last week actually, and she is absolutely incredible. I don't really know much about her except for the handful of OITNB episodes ive seen, but she absolutely shines on stage. Met her at the stage door afterwards too, and she was incredibly nice and normal and friendly. Very impressed with her performance.

I had the joy of working with her in a musical that I wrote. She is like a chameleon on stage, can shed tears on cue, and has a gorgeous, powerful singing voice. She was 23, and had just been nominated for some sort of award for a play she was in before mine.
