I think with the younger generation of women, it is probably the media hype, her fame, etc. I was a teenager when anorexia was all the rage.
I outgrew the desire to be that thin. Now I appreciate a womanly feminine figure. Full breasts and hips. But not to KK's extreme. Her body looks uncomfortable to me. I hear people say they like it, but it seems more like a fetish to me.
