I've never paid much attention to the Kardashians but I used to think Kim was somewhat pretty when I'd see pictures here and there. So when the jewel robbery was all over the news I was shocked to see her more recent photos. That early prettiness is all gone and the face is uncanny now. She looks odd. Did she go overboard on the surgery recently or did her old work just settle in strangely after a few years of aging? I don't know if I can pinpoint what's wrong with her look exactly, but the face seems somehow unnaturally narrow and gaunt, the cheekbones too prominent perhaps, very severe.
In the same vein I hate to think what the youngest daughter (Kylie?) will look like when she gets older after messing with her face so much while her bones are still growing. She fits the Instagram definition of "hot" for now but it's all fake and it can't last. These women must think they can just get more surgery when things start to go wrong, but when the aging process sets in just a little bit their appearances become surreal/uncanny very quickly.

I agree. Whatever she's had done to her face lately has taken away the prettiness. Her face looks harsher, more angular and more masculine. Her jaw seems longer somehow.

You're right, she went from extremely beautiful to kind of freaky. The only reason I can guess is that she realized people were losing interest and desperate to keep those internet clicks coming, she went the Michael Jackson route. At one time, she dated MJ's brother and probably saw and took note of how obsessively interested people became in him and his before/after pictures and trying to guess what all he had done.
