Did anyone in the U.K watch "Cheryl Cole's Night In" on ITV on Saturday the 12th of december!
during the performance of her song "Paruchute" is Derek her dance partner??
it was like annoying the hell out of me and i still can't figure it out!
would really appreciate it if someone could clear this up for me!

Yes I saw this .It is him. I was like "that looks like Derek" and then I was like "OMG that is Derek" I checked the end credits too to make sure.
Then I saw her Music Video for Parachute for 1st time & saw him there again. And he choreographed both the performance & the music video.
