have a fit when I see her kiss Rupert.
I have nothing against the girl, I think she can pull off Lavender (although I always imagined her having dark hair; does anyone know if she dyed it for the movie?).
But
I had a sirius problem with Ron kissing Lavender in Half-Blood Prince. I quite literally had to stop reading for a few moments because I was SO. DAMN. ANGRY.
Sorry.
I relate with Hermione a lot.
I know my heart is going to break during that scene.
But don't get me wrong, I'm not looking forward to the Hermione/Ron kissing scene in Deathly Hallows movie, as much as I loved it in the book.
As Emma gets older, I see less Hermione in her acting and more eyebrows.
And on a sidenote, to all H/Hr supporters, I am still scoffing at your lack of discernment.

Same. Although I do think the Ron-Lavender story is very good because it means there is a much more complex releationship between Hermione and Ron. I know what you guys mean about Emma Watson! It's what I've thought a lot recently. Many critics like it but I hate the whole 'trying to make Hermione cool and hot' thing. The whole point is that she isn't! She's meant to be a little bit of a looser. I love all the trio and an important thing is that they are all slightly social rejects in some way. They all are at disadvantages (Harry has the Dursley- problems, Ron is poor and Hermione has no friends at the beginning of the first book which is why she makes friends with Harry and Ron) so they all join together and make an unbreakable friendship.

She is a really great actress. I just can't imagine it but we'll have to see. She might (excuse the awful pun) 'exceed expectations'.
Lavender's so annoying. Do you think the whole 'Won-Won' thing has been included? Haha.

Hahaha! Twitch twitch twitch. I thought she played Hemrione brilliantly for the first couple of films, but yeah she did suddenly change.
I loved the scene in the book where Ron and Hermione kiss. But I was equally as angry when Ron kissed Lavender I don't like her. And I can't imagine Jessie Cave playing her either.

I agree. I always pictured her with brown hair.
Also I agree with you 100% about Hermione. Whenever she talks, all I can see are those eyebrows! It drives me nuts!
