Agreed! She has a girl next door/pixie-ish quality that is hard to describe. Her character also has a cool personality. It seems like they are featuring her character a bit more this fall season 2014.
The writers/producers obviously know the LL Cool J-Chris O'Donnell tandem at the center of every episode can get a bit long in the tooth. They however will always be the top dogs in salary and screen time because they were the ones who brought the viewers to the show in the first place. However, like so many shows, the secondary characters come into their own and actually start driving popularity.
As an example, I like Mark Harmon, but I don't think he's a critical element to NCIS anymore. He sure does get paid a beep though. I love Scott Bakula, but I am already finding his NCIS New Orleans castmates more interesting.
The NCIS series have always had a touch more humor and hotter women than the various CSIs.

I don't normally watch that show but I accidentally saw her on tv while I was on the treadmill and I just had to google. I rarely do this just to know who that girl is but she is just insanely hot!
She reminds me of how ashley greene looked like in twilight, she's gorgeous! I wish all geek girls look like that!

Michelle Tractenberg isn't too bad herself. She was adorable as a child actor and absolutely ravishing beauty at 26.

Her and Daniela Ruah are the best things of the show. Daniela Ruah is amazingly hot, and Renee Felice Smith over the top beautiful. She is actually right up there with Ellen Page, and she is my number #1 in the world.

Seeing her is the only thing that gets me through an episode of the awful NCIS:LA show.
