Maybe it's just because I went to school with her but to me she just looks like Abbie. When I see her in a tv show I KNOW it's her (even when she was missing a foot and nearly dying in Bones!). Every time I've come on here to verify it was Abbie I just saw on tv I have been right.

In 2011, Cobb landed a recurring role as Emily Bradford on The CW series 90210. She almost did not receive the role, because of her remarkable resemblance to actress Jennie Garth, who played Kelly, in the original, Beverly Hills 90210 series, in the 90's. They didn't want to confuse fans so they dyed Cobb's hair a dark color so she would look less like Kelly.

I have just started watching the new 90210 on Netflix and I'm on season 3 and when she first came on I thought WOW she reminds me of Jennie and she even sounds like her too. At certain angles, she's a dead ringer!

I've thought the exact same thing since she was first shown as the cousin. She could pass for Jennie Garth's sister in real life. And didn't young Erin Silver have blonde hair in the original. I love Jessica as Erin, but Abbie's resemblance to Jennie is just too uncanny to not use it to the show's advantage. They should have cast her.

First of all if you were to IMDB Ms Garth you will realize that she does not have a daughter that old. Also, What I can't understand why she was not cast as "Kelly's" sister Erin Silver on the new 90210; she obviously looks more like her than Jessica Stroup. But then again Silver is supposed to look between Jackie and Mel Silver and Mel had dark hair. Anyway, They are sooo alike and even have111c the same soft voice. I think that they are related somehow and they don't want to admit it, because the resemblance and traits are way to familiar. They should be cast in something together in the future maybe return to 90210 as Silver's cousin.
Now for all of you who think that Cobb and Garth are twins or sisters please keep in mind that the still lovely Ms. Garth is in her 40s and Ms. Cobb is in her 20s still both incredibly hot!

PS. I sooo hope that Garth returns to 90210 soon and maybe Brian Green's David too; especially with all the drama happening with Silver now like her having a surrogate child and battling cancer like her and Kelly's mom. The producers messed up taking away the adults. Also Annie's parents didn't return when Dixon was almost killed; did they just forget about these kids?

Yes. I was totally convinced she was Jennie Garth's daughter. I didn't catch her character's name on Suburgatory so I couldn't check until the last episode.
