The lip fillers helped, they made her mouth appear larger, and was in line with the rest of her face. She could've stopped there, I don't think she needed the rest of the work, eyebrow lift, cheekbones, etc.
She looked like that Mars Attack alien in that last photo shoot. Totally too much unnecessary surgery for an 18year-old.
The problem with this family is they don't know when to stop.

Yes, of course she looks better! But she also looks fake, especially her lips. Khloe's face looks fake, too; Kim has had a shload of plastic surgery on her face but hers looks more natural.

Though she has had some "help", Kylie is indeed quite stunning now! I am quite taken by her trademark lips, btw!

She was cute when younger then Kendall became A model and Kylie didn't seem to be able to compete. Now Kylie is much more beautiful than she was and rather striking. She is one surgery success story.

I have to agree with you. When Kylie was younger she was absolutely gorgeous.
Now, those lip fillers? No, just no.
This girl just needs to be a teenager and stop trying so hard to be an adult. You don't have many years as a teenager, but plenty as an adult. So enjoy those tender years and just have fun!

I think the procedures she got made her look great. It looks like she had a minor nose job and of course the lips. It really looks better than she did. Anyone that says that she looked better before is a liar or jealous..don't deny it, its true.

Uh no..she is the homeliest of the bunch, IMHO. She's very irritating on screen too, I cannot stand her voice. Again, just my opinion.
