She's more beautiful now than she was before the change. It's just honesty and plastic surgery isn't a bad thing. There are some celebs who look bad after surgery and there are others who look better. Kylie was cute before but she is beautiful now.

She may even be more narcissitic than Kim. I don't follow her but I saw her pic on the cover of a mag so I glanced at her Instagram out of curiosity and wow, every single pic is of her posing, either half nude, or in some fancy outfit. Most of them have her sticking out her breasts, butt, or with the fish lips. She looks years older than 18. So sad this woman is on the same path as her older sisters, just a career full of posing half naked, porno videos, and bringing their own paparazzi to all their outings so they can post the pics.

I just took a second look at those pics and wow, IMHO I thought she looked so pretty and natural in the first pic. The second pic looks likes a young girl dressing up as Kim Kardashian for Halloween. No joke.

I agree. It's sad. It's crazy because we know how different she looked just one year ago. It seems like she's trying to look like Kim and trying to look like an older sex bomb. I don't think she's ugly, but she looks way older than her age and her lips look like they flop too much. Also her extensions are horrible (which is funny since she has her own line).
