<p dir="auto">Another little British film with gentle humour, a lot of charm, a recognisable cast with some very pretty girls, and boats.<br />
Not that well received at the time apparently with too many critics labelling it a weak attempt at another Genevieve. But we all know critics are generally a pretty poor bunch more interested in producing a punchy quote than just appreciating a film. Personably I found it quite enjoyable.<br />
I have always depended on the kindness of Strangers - and the bastards let me down!</p>
