One of those little British comedy films with a top class cast and crew where everything seems just right and it's 80 minutes flash by.
Also, its original title of The Smallest Show On Earth is much better that the one foisted on it for the American market.

The last time I saw this on TV was on the Talking Pictures channel. I think they show it under another title.
