First of all, sweetheart, if you can't handle opinions that differ from yours, you have no business being on a public forum. Second of all, I stand by what I said 100%. This Gabriella girl is a HORRIBLE actress, and the Carrie remake was a pointless waste of the talents of Julianne Moore and Chloe Moretz, both of whom I've loved in other things. By the way, the LAST thing that's going to bring anybody over to your side is whining and acting immature. You have some growing up to do, Miss Lady.

Wilde's acting was HORRIBLE in the Carrie remake, which is the only thing I've seen her in. She was completely flat and emotionless every second she was on the screen. It was distracting. And, no, her physical appearance does NOT make up for her lack of talent. Not one little bit.

Acting involves things called "expression" and "emotion." Gabrielle delivered every single line in the same, flat, lifeless way. Where was the acting?
Disagree. I thought she did fine. Her character didn't really seem to have as much to do as the character in the '76 version, so.it's not necessary to have an actress with the talent of Streep or Hathaway to portray the character. She's a fashion model and an up-and-coming actress. I'm sure she'll improve over time, anyways.

She had material to work with in Carrie, so script isn't an excuse
The rest of the cast (except Judy Greer) also managed to give solid performances in Carrie, so it's not the direction
Gabrielle just cannot act.

I haven't seen any movie with her. But I agree about that trailer.
What I say may sound a little mean, but I think that Gabriella is a clear example of someone who only has a career because of her look. She is incredibly beautiful!

She is beautiful, but her performances have been nothing, thus far. Of course, one has to also note the script and direction an actor is given when talking performances into account, but she just hasn't shown any potential. And she looked awful in the Endless Love trailer too.
