Her mother character (Monyhan) is a pouty, whiner herself. Not much good as a parent.

Same here, i never liked her on Blue Blood, very annoying.
And i thought she was a boy the first time i saw her on Blue Blood, that short hair looks terrible.
Happy she now has longer hair, looks a lot better.

I think she is cute and a pretty good actress. The only complaint I have is that her character is a little too much of a smart ass. She needs to be put in her place by her mother every now and again.

Me either. She really bothers me. I watched all the old seasons of Blue Bloods and she's got to be my least favorite actress. Well except Mia Farrow Something about her just agitated me. Her voice and face is extremely annoying yet I have never felt this way about anyone else on tv. So strange.

I really enjoy her character on the show, I don't think she is annoying at all.

I'm quite sure that she's absolutely crestfallen over what your opinion of her is. For the better part of the past ten years, she's been steadily busy on the big screen, the small screen and Broadway. You on the other hand, are probably still wondering when McDonald's is going to promote you to French Fries.
