Because yes, a man of average height and weight falling from height right onto an unsuspecting persons neck has historically never ended well for that unsuspecting person.
But had he killed someone, do you think all the media attention would still be on him? do you think the media would have been as nice to him as they have been? would all these vigils still be going on? would YOU feel any different about his death if you are currently sad about it?
do not forget, this could very well have happened due to his actions, it was a hotel, lots of people coming and going.
