But I do wish the cameras and praise that accommodate them could be on a child in a third world country going through their struggles instead. I suppose there is no reason we cant have both shows. TG issues may deserve some spotlight but there are much greater stuggles occuring in the world today that are still unfortunately in the darkness.

While I agree that there are bigger issues in the world that could use the spotlight. If you saw all the negativity that Jazz has gotten for being a transgirl, you would see why the TLC did a show around her transition.
