She plays a loving teenage daughter whose head is not a vapid wasteland. Refreshing. Incredibly refreshing.
But isn't her character more in the realm of science fiction? Girls like that do not exist in Hollywood characters or in real lifethat most of us have ever witnessed.
Mystical, magical Unicorn I say. Bring on more like this. I am SO tired of the typical teenage girl that is nothing short of a complete horror.

She plays the daughter of a Los Angeles police detective and a former FBI profiler, so I think that her personality would be quite different in many respects to the average west coast teenage girl. But I must agree that her character is a very appealing one and she is very convincing in the role. Who knows? Maybe she's not doing all that much acting and is just being herself.
