Zombie AKA Zombi 2 - The scene where the Worm Eyed Zombie bites out Susan's throat.
Day of the Dead - The scene where the zombie gets off the table and it's guts and organs fall out.
The Burning - The scene where Cropsy kills all the teens on the raft.
RoboCop - The scene where Emil is mutated by toxic waste and gets hit by a car and splatters everywhere.
Scanners - The scene where Revok blows up the guy's head.
Poltergeist - The scene where the guy rips his face off.

All the scenes in Brain dead aka dead alive. Such exessive gore. Favourite scene is the lawnmower scene though.
