You can't forget that Vic Morrow and child actor Myca Dinh Le were decapitated for real on the set of "Twilight Zone: The Movie" (1983) on July 23, 1982.

When Dominic and his pals in their cars are chasing the plane on the runway at the end of the film, a bad guy is sucked into a jet engine whilst fighting someone in a car.
Captain America: The Winter Soldier
Some random worker is thrown into a jet engine which then causes the plane to explode, I hate it when that happens!
Expendables 2
During the fight between Jason Statham and Scott Adkins, Scott is punched so hard with knuckle dusters he falls back into a spinning tail rotor of a helicopter, can't beat a classic!
On Deadly Ground
In an aircraft hanger near the end of the film, John C McGingley's character lunges at Sensei Seagal who re-directs him into the tail rotor of a helicopter.
28 Weeks Later
Harrold Perrineu's character pitches down with his helicopter to mince a field full of infected, with sexy results.
Hitman: Agent 47
Judging from the trailer, it looks like there is a scene of SWAT members being chewed up by a jet engine as well as people in an office building being diced by helicopter blades.
Shoot Em Up
An Agent falling from a plane, lands on helicopter. You see his arm and other bits and bobs in the next scene.
Stuart Little 2
Doesn't James Wood's voiced character get hit by the propellers of the plane Melanie Griffith's voice character flies?

Not a movie but in the first episode of Lost I'm pretty sure someone gets sucked into the plane engine.

Syndrome from The Incredibles gets sucked into a jet engine, Dawn of the Dead a zombie gets the top of his head cut off by a helicopter blade, Gustav Graves the villain from Die Another Day was sucked into a jet engine, and Captain America one of Red Skull's minions is knocked into a helicopter and ripped to shreds.
