Moneypenny:
United Nations, sir. Red scrambler.
M:
M here. Yes, we're standing by as instructed. I understand. Thank you, sir. No decision has been announced yet. Of course, there's a total news blackout, but my informant was very plain.
Bond:
How plain, sir?
M:
They're going to buy Blofeld off. Sit down.
Bond:
And the price?
M:
Amnesty. A full pardon for all past crimes. Official recognition of his title when he retires into private life as Count de Bleuchamp. He seems to set a great store by that. A very curious thing, snobbery.
Bond:
When will they conclude the deal?
M:
Blofeld wants a decision by midnight the day after tomorrow.
Bond:
Sir, that gives us time to get to Piz Gloria first-in force.
M:
No. My instructions are clear.
Bond:
Sir, destroy the institute and Blofeld's virus with it.
M:
It's been rejected as too risky. Those girls. God knows how many, let alone where.
Bond:
Sir, if we destroy the centre of communication that controls the girls, the girls can do nothing.
M:
I have my orders. You have yours. Forget it.
Bond:
And the girl who helped me. We just leave her?
M:
This department is not concerned with your personal problems.
Bond:
This department owes her a debt. She saved my life.
M:
Operation Bedlam is dead. Do you understand?
Bond:
Yes, sir. I understand.
(rings)
Your call to Marc Ange Draco, head of Draco Construction.
Bond:
Hello, Draco.
Draco:
Who is it?
Bond:
Bond. James Bond.
Draco:
Thank God, James.
Bond:
l´d like to interest you in a deal requiring certain aerial activity to install equipment.
Easily one of the best acted scenes in the series.

Love the opening to CR - the bathroom fight and his visit to his man in Prague.
The opera scene in QOS, especially the stand off and glare at the bottom of the staircase.

Another one of my favourites:
M:
l'm relieving you from Operation Bedlam, 007.
Bond:
But, sir, Blofeld's something of a must with me.
M:
You've had two years to run him down.
Bond:
Have you lost confidence in me?
M:
I'm well aware of your talents, but a licence to kill is useless unless one can set up the target.
Bond:
Sir
M:
I'II find you a more suitable assignment.
Bond:
Under the circumstances
M:
That's all!
Moneypeeny:
That was a quick conference. How can a girl keep herself alluring
Bond:
Take a memo, please, Moneypenny.
Moneypenny:
Ready, James.
Bond:
Sir, I have the honour to request. if you'II accept my resignation effective forthwith.
Moneypeeny:
Resignation from what?
Bond:
Her Majesty´s Secret Service. And kindly present it to that monument in there.
(door opens and slams shut)
(intercom)
Bond:
James Bond here.
Moneypenny:
He wants you, James.
M:
Request granted.
Bond:
Request granted. Not even with regret.
Moneypenny:
What did you expect? A knighthood? Why don't you read it?
Bond:
Two weeks' leave!
Moneypenny:
Well, you didn´t really want to resign, did you?
Bond:
Moneypenny, what would I do without you?

Verily I say unto thee the scene on the stealth ship during the climax of TND when Bond kicks a dead or dying guard in the head just for the sake of doing so (pleasing sound effect too). Great stuff and just what a vengeful naval commander would do in such circumstances.

Leonid Pushkin:
I take this is not a social call, 007.
James Bond:
Correct.
James Bond:
You should have brought lilies.
Leonid Pushkin:
May I ask why?
James Bond:
Smiert Spionam.
Leonid Pushkin:
Smiert Spionam? Was a Beria operation, in Stalin's time. It was deactivated 20 years ago.
James Bond:
Two of our men are dead.
Leonid Pushkin:
My condolences. We had nothing to do with it.
James Bond:
Get down on your knees. Put your hands behind your back.
Leonid Pushkin:
You are professional. You do not kill without reason.
James Bond:
Two of our men are dead. Koskov's named you. Why should I disobey my orders?
Leonid Pushkin:
I am in the dark as much as you. It is a question of trust. Who do you believe? Koskov, or me?
James Bond:
If I trusted Koskov we wouldn't be talking. But as long as you're alive, we'll never know what he's up to.
Leonid Pushkin:
Then I must die.

Bernard Lee's delivery of "Operation Bedlam is dead" definitely sticks in my head. Heard it in his voice right when I read the phrase.
For me it's a tough call between Bond vs Grant and the endings of both OHMSS and CR.
