Same for everyone else. lol I watched first two Exorcist films and a prequel, but I have never seen the third one and Dominion (which I heard is another version of prequel opposite of The Beginning). Earlier, I finished The Exorcist III and I loved it. The last few minutes was intense. Brad Dourif played the character well, making the interrogation with the detective rather ominous and atmospheric in the padded cell. Sent the chills in my spine.

I must admit I kind of wish they'd show the demon more, but I actually enjoyed the buildups and creepy/jump scare scenes and the last ten minutes was like, whoa. Especially with
the possessed old woman ALMOST decapitated the detective's daughter
.
By the way, the part with the nurse's death. I did not see
the dude covered in white cloth coming at the nurse with a blade
coming.

Yes, that's exactly how I perceived it as well. The 2nd one had nothing to really show or contribute. The 3rd one was brilliant.

The second one was pretty cringeworthy. I mean, it's nice to see the characters from the first film returning but it's a disappointing film overall. It didn't even scare me at all. A couple of scenes is a little creepy, but that's about it. The third film made up for that and I see it as a true sequel rather than the second part.

lol @ the middle finger
Yep, I saw this movie and it was GREAT! Extremely well done. It conveyed a lot of information, and was definitely better than Exorcist II.
