I applied for membership and never got a response one way or the other. It's still alive and not so active as before, and I believe (hope?) that they've just stopped running the place, that it's like an old football field.

I have it in my bookmarks, read it occasionally, but I find it too completist (sic) for even me, and I can get pretty extreme. Also, the community there feels kind of clubby. It hasn't been too active lately and I've hesitated about take action myself. I agree that it's a wonderful place to visit, and I've learned much from going there. Two other
