Michael Jackson and Prince come to mind, as does Lady Diana (all three are probably more 1980s than 1990s, but were certainly still very popular in the 1990s).
Which other personalities of the 1990s are sadly deceased?
I hope this thread isn't too morbid.
Have you played Atari today?

Just my opinion but I don't consider Prince, Lady Diana, or Michael Jackson 90s stars because they were famous before the 90s. Same with Whitney Houston. and no, i don't find it morbid at all
but, I would say
Kurt Kobain
Aaliayh
2pac
Selena Quintanilla-Pérez
Phife Dawg (from A tribe called Quest)
The Notorious BIG
Ol' Dirty Bastard
Lisa 'Left Eye' Lopes (from tlc)
Big L (Rapper)
Thuy Trang (from Power rangers)
James avery (From Fresh Prince of Bel-air)
Yvette Wilson (From Moesha and The Parkers)
Lamont Bentley (from Moesha)
Merlin Santana (From The Steve Harvey show)
Louan Gideon (Mrs. Belding on Saved by the bell. Ms. Atron on the secret world of Alex Mack)
Karen E Fraction (from Nickelodeon's My brother & Me)
Christine Cavanaugh (original voice for Chuckie on Rugrats, Oblina on Ahh Real monsters, Dexter on Dexter's lab, Mona on Salute your shorts)
Joe Alaskey (the 2nd voice of grandpa Lou on Rugrats and the voice of Plucky on Tiny toons)
