"What I Like About You" and "Sabrina The Teeneage Witch" should also be considered among the best of 2000s.

Not that I like it but probably Scrubs. I'd go with Arrested Development myself.

The office (and plenty others) was miles better than that less that spectacular tween show.

The list was taken down so I have no idea what was on it, lol.
But iCarly was the best sitcom of the 00s, followed by The Office.

A lot of those I'd classify more in the '10sI know they were made in like 2008-09, but Glee is a show for the 10's as well as MOdern Family.
