<p dir="auto">I was watching Death in Paradise today.  I usually enjoy this show, preferring<br />
murder mysteries.  The actors are fine, if not always, at least beautiful.<br />
The episode involving a legend about buried treasure was difficult to watch, actually to hear and understand.  The musical accompaniment took place while the actors were talking! It is so annoying. I can't believe the director would want to drown out the actors he/she has chosen.  It's the mark of an amateur to allow<br />
music to play loudly at the same time as the audience is trying to follow the<br />
dialogue, and in the case of a mystery, the details that lead up to the culprit(s).</p>
