Im blanking hard on this late 80's- early 90's cop show that im trying to remember. The only things I recall is it was set in L.A. with a cop duo of plain clothes detecives, one hispanic, one (I think) white. There might have been more cops as lead characters, but I really only remember the hispanic guy. I know i've seen that actor in something else, but im completely lost on title, cast names etc. Any help would be appreciated.
