It came on during morning or after school kids shows and it was an artist (don't know his name) and he would use coloured sand, spreading it on the floor, and create a huge picture of something different each episode.
I used to love watching it with my young son back in the 90's. Don't know if it's still on.

I even remember the spoof they had on the show, Doug.
When I was watching that Doug episode months ago, my parents were in the room with me. The spoof came on and they were telling me that they used to watch Bob Ross' show.
