I've been looking into buying a two family and living in the other unit with my husband. He is fairly handy and can do a lot of repairs himself. I was wondering if there is anyone on here who has experience with mulitfamily properties. If there is any useful advice you provide while I'm in the property search process it would be appreciated. Thanks.
