i suggest you use a vpn, not for bypassing copyright but for smooth, non-redirect service. i found that selecting generic 'europe' gives best performance. some of the links are broken so you have to hunt for live ones now and then
the number of current and old shows is pretty substantial.

I usually just sign up for Hulu and HBO around black Friday when they have discounts like 2.99 a month for a year or 6 months. Hopefully they do that again this year.

The best way to do that is to download the movies/TV shows and put them on your Plex or Jellyfin server.
