Celebrities today can't achieve the kind of mass appeal that the superstars of yesterday had.
There are too many choices now.

He has come a long way! I am excited to see his career blossoming! I thought he was excellent in Shameless.
I tried to watch The Bear, but that show bores me. Although I love shows about chefs and cooking, The Bear just seems way too over the top fantasy for my tastes. And what Jermeny does in that show is nothing that I have not already seen Jermy do in Shameless.
Although him playing Bruce Springsteen IS IMPRESSIVE!
So I think Jermy is going to become a seriois contender in Hollywood at the ripe age of 34 years old.
If he doesnt fcuk it all up.

He's only famous because Hollywood has made a big effort to force him on the public just to try to manufacture some interest in younger stars. He has yet to do anything memorable.

Well Timothée Chalamet's career is skyrocketing. Honestly I think the guy tties to hard. There is something very plastic and hollow about all of his performamces.

Watching the aging Salma Hayek and Channing Tatum….there will not be another of these two beautifully actors in Hollywood.

It's mostly celebrities now. People just trying to keep themselves in the news in order to stay relevant.
There are plenty of movie stars out there.
The real question should be, Is Hollywood done with honest to goodness ACTORS?
While we are on the subject of Hollywood, is it done with writers?

You've seen Guy Standeven in something because the man was in everything.

Hollywood realized they don't matter. They can cast an unknown and the project will do just as well.
