I watched it back in the 1970s and haven't had any desire to watch it again.
Some people just seem to go for the mobster/gangster sort of thing.

Stars Wars was the movie that woke people up from a lot of crappy early 70's movies that often had bleak,sudden, endings.

I think it's a very good movie. I do not think it's an all time great one. The novel its based on is mediocre.

One of the most overrated films ever made. It's made in the most dull, uncreative manner imaginable, nothing about it is the slightest bit interesting or compelling, and its portrayal of the mafia is relentlessly glamorized and romanticized, with zero realism whatsoever.
