Did you see the woman go in who was in search of a Z-cup size bra? While it is not unusual to use these patches of skin made from pig collagen as it's rarely rejected by the human body. But, she had commented that her boobs are her moneymaker. People were all ogling her and wanting their picture taken with her when she was outside. I watch Botched and they usually have some gross person on that wants to be more gross and they always turn them down
