I've never scene it, is it watchable, or would I find it to disturbing? The only real gross out movie I've ever watched was Hostel,which was passable because of the first 15 minutes of hot euro babes.

I've seen it, twice, and I was fine with it.
To be fair I also did some research into the backstory and how they did the foley effects and all of that, so perhaps I could compartmentalize a bit.
I really enjoy horror movies, one of my favourite genres.

Would you watch a "Serbian Film" , pedophilia,even if it's not really shown is just disgusting.

It's not that bad at all.
What you're watching there is just hazing, and the students are being made to eat animal flesh – meat – (and she's a "vegetarian" - for a reason).
It's not too bad, and no where near anything like Hostel. I really enjoyed Hostel, but I'm a fan of horror and gore films.
