This was a hang up between too many plot points, with the tension feeling forced, with no commination to speak of. The characters feel like they are cut and paste, cheaply acted knockoffs of Hollywood stereotypes, having less charm than a crack within corrupt cellphone. The critics gave this a score of 0% on Rotten Tomatoes, so how did this merit a higher score than Jaws 3-D did on IMDb? The reviews are mixed on the latter one, while almost nobody praised One Missed Call.
