My spouse watched a horror film the other night on TV and can't name it for me. All he can tell me is it has a creature that looks like a man with lizard skin, with a walnut looking head, a big mouth with sharp teeth. Moves around on all fours quickly. He's preying on a couple.
Any ideas?

Maybe Halfcaste? or Track of the Moonbeast? I think I remember another movie that had a creature that fits that description, but I too can't remember what it was called. I remember it moving around on four legs though, just like you said. So odds are it's the same movie.

Nope, that's not it. Thanks anyway. He's given me more info. The film starts on a bus where the man and woman are the only passengers on a bus.
