   as most slasher films (at least the ones I know of and that are popular are; although this one certainly isn't popular or well-known, in-fact it's relatively lesser-known and rather obscure).
2. Takes place in a mountainous region in one of the states out west (of the
   Mississippi River
   ).
3. Takes place in the wintertime.
