God, I hate cats. I had six at one point and they drove me mad. My favorite was Goober, because he acted more like a dog than anything. Then there was Rainbow. What a little ho she was. She'd walk over to a cup full of whatever on the table and purposely knock it over. Then there's all the times they'd randomly jump on me and scratch me in the process. And most awesome of all were the hours between midnight and 4am when they were most playful. For little cats they sounded like goddamn horses running around.

I have two kittens. They are very cool dudes** so they got a feathery-thing-hanging-from-a-string-on-a-plastic-stick toy. They like it. They also like hopping about gaily and making noise in piles of wrapping paper.
One of them meows more than the other one.
**Now I think I need to blip in to let you know that when I say "cool dudes" it's not gender specific. One of the kittens is a female. And she farts like she wants to end the entire world one person at a time. The boy kitten just meows like a little girl. Welcome to 2017.

Yes, we got our cats catnip Christmas mice. They had a blast playing with them amid the torn up wrapping paper and discarded boxes.
