I commented to someone in person the other day, when a discussion was brought up about the human population and how it is bursting at the seams and is largely responsible for many of the environmental issues on the planet, that my hands are clean and I haven't added to it.

No, what an absurd concept. Heterosexuals dominate and oppress. They run society. There is no systematic oppression of heterosexuals by homosexuals.
There may be some gay people who dislike heterosexuals. But since we all had heterosexual mothers and fathers and relatives and friends whom we may very well adore, few of us have a complete disdain for heterosexuality.
So yeah, there may be some bigotry against heterosexuals in some cases. But it does not rise to the level of a phobia.

I'm still not sure I'd call this flat out heterophobia so much as I would call it a case of angry feminazis being angry at everyone and everything. Correction. They're attacking heterosexual men. And if heterosexual men are attacked, heterosexual women are affected. So yes it qualifies.
Heterosexual women are attacked too. Kaley Cuoco for example was heavily criticized when she said she likes being a housewife for her husband. Granted the criticism wasn't about heterosexuality specifically, it was more about her being old fashioned, but it's close enough.
I'm not saying that heterosexuals are some kind of oppressed minority. Straight people don't face discrimination anything close to what gay people experience. It's not the same thing at all. So forgive me if it seems I'm saying it's comparable. I'm only saying that it exists in a measurable form.

I would only call it heterophobia if they're attacking straight people, regardless of gender. They're attacking men, so it's not really the same thing.
