I agree with so many of the comments that Big Eden is a romantic pic and is a good watch.
The Way He Looks has some romance in it, but it is mostly a coming-of-age flick. It is very sweet.

The lead character Arnold (Harvey Fierstein) finds 2 "loves of his life". I won't spoil why there were 2 but they were both great relationships. It's a rollercoaster of drama, comedy and music with some really memorable moments

I'll second the motion on Big Eden. One of my personal favorites. Haven't seen Shelter (although I think own it) and Touch of Pink is really funny. But one that I think you may find that qualifies as "romantic" is a film called "Back Soon" with Matthew Montgomery and Windham Beacham. I like this one. Felt like a fairy tale of sorts.

THE worst gay film made. Who cares about any of these characters? The main character is a doofus and the people in the town all seem to care about him. Only in your dreams.

The film you ask about is called Amphetamine.
Kafka is a straight guy who falls in love with Daniel who is gay. Daniel loves Kafka back but with their differences in sexuality and Kafka's past a relationship proves difficult.
The directors other film Permanent Residence
is about a gay guy called Ivan who's got a straight boyfriend called Windson, but their relationship also proves hard due to their sexuality.

I have some suggestions that might be different to what your looking for, but i wouldn't call them very romantic, but saying that the Titanic isn't very romantic towards the end when the ship sinks. I shall suggest some gay films with romance and drama and everything else thrown in, ie in one film the guy is straight but in love with a gay guy.
