Sometimes when I'm upset about something in the moment, I'll write passive-aggressive (yet professional) notes for the employees as their boss.
But then I always regret it. Now I have to do go back and remove the notes so they don't see them when they come in Monday. I hate confrontation. It's ruining my whole holiday weekend, so I'm going to go back now and get it over with so I can enjoy the rest of today and tomorrow off.
