No, I’ve never really watched those kind of movies but I did see one where they are moving a piano and it was so dumb I guess back then movies as well as slapstick would have been incredible to see on a big screen though

Not really adding much but just to say I was surprised to find out a few weeks ago that Stan Laurel was English. Also I just realised you said Stan and Laurel instead of Stan and Oliver or Laurel and Hardy

He was pretty incredible, especially when you consider he did all of his own stunts, and without the use of his right hand for the most part given he was missing fingers. He was a pioneer, as was Chaplin.
