Seriously, the closing of this board means I will lose a place I came to with all my Hindi film questions and discussions, I never saw a picture of any of you but feel like I know some of you well. I have been posting and viewing your posts for 12 years now. I want to take the time to sincerely, with all the jokes aside, thank you for all your interesting posts and discussions. I would love to connect with some of you on other social media platforms but I am not even big on them.
This place has changed so much but some of you have been regulars since I started. I remember when I first decided to switch from a devout Muslim to a humanist secular person, this place was a place to express my feelings and that thread was long. I think I tired you all with my Preity Zinta obsession when I was going through that stage, I still like the girl in her total "has been" status, I don't think any other actress ever captured my fascination like she did, maybe Audrey Hepburn after seeing My Fair Lady, Breakfast at Tiffany's and Sabrina.
I just wanted to say, I will miss you all, please share your experiences and anything you remember of me. Thank you all and may you all have your hopes and dreams come true.

You are right, i don't watch but I still check their scores when IPL is on, I hope they win 2017 IPL, it's weird how the made records on 2015 and tanked too early in 2016, where did the magic go?

Thank you Pimpin. I had a lot of issues with Islam even before then, but you are right ISIS and all other violence in the name of Allah drove me further away from Islam. I believe in God through no organized religion.
I know you are being kind about my Preity Zinta situation.
I just thought of this, how many users of ICB are extreme fans of one actor/actress that just by mentioning that actor people would know which ICBer you are referring to, I can only think of Zeenat Aman, Kajol,and HaribhaiRaveena Tandon maybe?
