I watched it a few days back and thought it was decent. I couldn't figure why it flopped. The production was grand and it had some awesome background tunes. Also, I have always liked Sanjay Khan.

I watched the film thinking it would be another rollicking Arabian Adventure. While all we get here is the most secular Arab old man ever played by Raj Kapoor
who brings up a kid as a Hindu in the middle of the Arabian desert even though his only friend (Mehmood) has nefarious plans of turning him into a Muslim at the drop of a hat. Zeenie baby and Sanjay Khan happen to be secondary characters.
