<p dir="auto">Vijay Anand joined Osho and kind of lost interest in cinema. His last few films were pretty bad. Though was it because of his growing interest in religion, no one can say.<br />
But still, we have a solid decade of near masterpieces, in the 60s, and that's more than one can really expect from any film maker, seriously. We should count our blessings.</p>

i was barely born the time this series released but did manage to catch them online a few years back, and definitely liked them. Vijay anand was definitely talented, some of his movies were good such as jewel thief and johnny mera naam, wish he directed more movies..</p>

<p dir="auto">yes i saw it not so long ago being a fan of mystery/detective series. sam and gopi jodi was amazing, some episodes were dull, some outdated but quite a few were outright unpredictable. the one with sleepwalking (with a very young ashutosh rana) was scary</p>
