Something I still haven't gotten over, and this is so petty, but mislabeling certain things as goth. So many people I grew up with called themselves goth but listened to heavy metal or even butt rock. Goth is Bauhaus, Clan of Xymox, Skinny Puppy, and Fields of the Nephilim. Bands like The Cure and Joy Division are debatable… but Kitty is not goth. Slipknot is not goth. You can be a goth and like bands like this that aren't goth.
Emo had a similar problem. I'm willing to accept the popular 3rd wave emo as emo, but the label got out of hand. This **** messes with my OCD.

I don't really get into the personal lives of artists if I can help it. Sometimes it's unavoidable like with Whitney of Days N Daze, who's an acquaintance of mine. Kinda hard to ignore her ex Stza's (Leftöver Crack) abuse of her and his history of abuse with other women when the artist isn'texactly a stranger. Not like we're friends, but that's allnit takes for me.

Have you heard some of the bullshit that's been going on between her and Homme? Custody battles, accusations, and most of it ended up making her look worse than him.

I still like her music, but the latest Distillers stuff isn't as good as the old stuff or the Spinnerette phase.

I love Peter's voice. Love his solo stuff too.
Lobed his immediately, unlike Ian Curtis who took a little time to grow on me.
