Interesting seeing what would become such a big band getting some half hearted attention and a lot of people ignoring them.
That band is one of the major reasons I got into punk. Everyone ****s on them, but they are a big reason why anyone knows a lot of the more universally loved punk bands.

Yeah, especially in the punk scene, especially back in the day. They were considered sellouts or lame whiny pop. But like they along with the first Tony Hawk game sent me down a rabbithole of punk. I'd see shirts they wore or looked into their old record label Lookout. Same with Nirvana. Found out about Flipper after seeing Kurt's shirt.
