Well, smoking it is not actually illegal per say ( in public places where its illegal will no doubt get you in trouble tho )
Its more about the manufacturing and selling of it thats illegal, because its something that anybody could just grow in a garden the government cant take a big tax slice from it, and if they dont profit from it, nobody does. But dont ever think that they have made it illegal because they care about our health.
