Talk Talk is best known for the song "It's My Life", but it was their enigmatic 1988 masterpiece, The Spirit Of Eden, where Talk Talk would showcase their innovative spirit, practically inventing "post rock." If you have ever listened to a band and thought "Is this even music? " Mark Hollis did that first. He was a goddamned genius. RIP.

Amazing band. Should be known beyond their one big hit. Spirit of Eden is perhaps the best album of the 80s.
