<p dir="auto">I agree partly, Loretta Young could really make anything look beautiful. But I thought the dress was great in its own also. I though Harlow's wardrobe was stunning too. Wish I could find the costume designer(s) to research more of their work.</p>

<p dir="auto">In answer to your Q: No.  The costumes that Harlow wore were amazing.  The cream silk/satin dress with the dark (black?) panels was most beautiful and very contemporary.  Young's white dress was beautiful, in part because she was beautiful and ethereal looking.<br />
I give my respect to those who have earned it; to everyone else, I'm civil.</p>
