I've been watching it Toto, I don't think we're in Oz anymore!
This is an adult version loosely based on the Wizard of Oz we are all familiar with. Dorothy is an adult. The WWW runs a brothel, the GWN runs an orphanage. They don't practice magic because the Wizard outlawed the use of magic. The rules are enforced by a police state like Wizard's Guard. The scarecrow character is a former member of the Wizard's Guard who has amnesia. Plus there are other non-traditional characters.
It's not a musical either unless you want to count Dorothy catching the Wizard listening to Pink Floyd on an Mp3 player.
