The sad especially as it continues and the first time I watched this I did not understand it. Then again I was a man in my early twenties and it just didn't comprehend it. The second time I watched it which was about 2 months ago I actually teared up and somehow Strangely I can relate to this movie. Does anyone understand what I'm talking about?

I've never cried during it, yet it is an incredibly sad downfall of a once proud powerful man. I can certainly understand relating to it even if I didn't cry.
So many stories, so little time.

No, I don't cry watching a movie, even when what I'm seeing hugely affects me. That said, this IS a fairly tragic movie, about a deeply flawed man who one can't help but pity despite knowing he deserved everything that happened to him. So I can definitely see why you would cry watching this.

I meant to say that this movie is inherently sad
